About Technology Seed
The seed was planted in June, 2000.
Since Day One, we’ve had one goal – to provide great IT Support and customer service to our clients. Each and every day, we strive to be the best at what we do. We return phone calls and emails promptly, communicate well, and are attentive to our customers’ needs. We keep our customers up-to-date with new technologies and show them ways to use that technology to their advantage.
We don’t profit from IT problems, we PREVENT them.
We’re responsible for making our customers more efficient and more profitable in their unique business models.
That’s exciting for us! We exist for them, because of them and we have not forgotten that.
In September, 2012, we renovated and moved to a 2,200 SF building in Salem, NH. Our new location is very visible on Route 28, the busiest road in NH, is central to our client-base and has room for growth.
Our staff, from the technicians to the front office, are tops in the industry. We’re as personable as we are knowledgeable. We think that combination is a nice change from the industry norm.
