I want to let you know that we appreciate everything you and your team does for us on a regular basis. We especially want to thank John Kahla. He has been so wonderful to work with. He is so patient in dealing with those of us who are “technically challenged” myself included. He is able to talk us through things, and Thursday he worked very hard to make sure all the transitions went as smoothly as possible. When issues arose on Monday he was able to correct them remotely. He worked extremely well with everyone that was on site, from the employees, to our telephone repair person, as well as Charter. Andy was also very pleased with John and had a conversation with him while he was working on installing the new wireless router on what our future plans were. John assured us that Technology Seed would be there to help us grow in the ways that Andy was describing.

So I know you know Jenn is pretty awesome, but I wanted to pass on something she said to me today that I think is absolutely fantastic. After our server shut down she got on the phone and I said our server was down and I wondered if she could find someone (didn’t have to be her) that would be able to get us back up and running relatively quickly. This is what she said to me:

“There is nothing I am doing this second that is more important than a customer that is down so I will take care of this right away for you”

As a customer I think that this is amazing and is exactly what I wanted to hear! This is what makes customer service expert that she is.

I had another good experience with TSeed recently. The screen on my estimator’s laptop went bad. You guys didn’t want to replace it again as you were looking out for my best interests with a 4 year old laptop running Windows 7. However, I talked to Kyle and convinced him to replace the screen, as that computer has been otherwise rock-solid. So, Tim replaced it for us in less than a day. So, I am very happy that I received solid professional advice, and also very pleased that you are willing to listen to your customers wishes, even if contrary to your best advice. So, another win!

Thank you for the superior service.  The design of the new server solution fit all of our needs for space and hopefully improved performance, but also replication and backups that exceed what we originally had.
The project has been well managed with good communication.  The move of our ERP was seamless with no disruption, no employee even knew the software had moved.
The final step yesterday to move user shares and shared drives was so well prepared for that there was minimal disruption to employees and very minor, quickly solved unforeseen issues.  The cutover exceeded any expectations, and was virtually painless.  We could not ask for anything more.
We’re in great shape today, with no catastrophic events that usually result from such a big move.

I felt compelled to let you know that I just received excellent service from one of your staff members whose name is Nicole. Unfortunately I didn’t get her last name.

To be clear, I always receive excellent service from your staff so I’m feeling a little bad that I don’t write you each time. However, I have been having a strange problem whereby I was unable to retrieve PDF documents off of websites. For instance, if I was in a town’s website and wanted to read their PDF version of zoning ordinances, my browser would automatically close and I’d have to log in all over again never successfully retrieving the document (except for each time I bugged Jeff to use his computer to access it!)

Today the same “crashing” problem happened when I tried to download an upgrade of Adobe Flash (Nashua has updated its site so I learned today that to see their Assessing records I’d need Flash.)

I can’t live without accessing Nashua Assessing so I called in to TSeed and Nicole answered.

Nicole was able to fix my problem via remote access. I now can obtain what I need from Nashua as well as PDF docs from various websites.

I just wanted you to know Nicole was a huge help to me today and I wanted her to be recognized for it.

I just wanted to express my thanks to you and your staff for the help today. Mike and Matt were fantastic to work with. They were professional, personable and addressed all our concerns quickly. Our staff enjoyed working with them and they put everyone at ease.

We were able to successfully test the application as well as the equipment interfaces and everything was working fine. Mike quickly identified an issue with some of our PCs not accepting the update and immediately got a fix from Medflow to correct it. My staff was able to check the PCs that had already been upgraded to identify the ones needing to be reinstalled, allowing Mike and Matt to continue on with updating the remaining clients. It was a great experience to work with them.

Matt assured us he would be in the office Monday morning to help us with anything that might arise as well as to let us know the expertise of your entire staff will be available if we have any issues. Although we don’t anticipate any, it’s, nonetheless, comforting to know that.

It appears that your new motto for TSeed is “Fast and Efficient”! This week I have worked with both Matt (Mac emails) and Mark (Email and Printer issues)…You have a new rock star (you already know that I hold Mark in very high regard). Matt was not handed an easy task by any stretch when he was charged with fixing my 2GuysCigars.com email issues. I did not want to update my OS and he dug around until he found a way to make it work. He delivered what I wanted when I wanted it and I could not be happier with his work.

In Mark’s case he was on call today (Sunday) and even though I said that Monday or Tuesday was fine to fix my email and printer issues he got back to me in only a couple of hours making it possible for me to send this email.

These two techs make you guys look really good and I am at ease when I know that one of them is working on a problem for Two Guys Smoke Shop!

I want to thank Matt for all his help and expertise with the Version 10 upgrade.  This could not have been done without his knowledge and skills.

Matt was a wonder throughout and I am thankful and impressed by his diligence, professionalism, and calmness.  He and Kyle managed to get us operational pretty quickly.

My husband and I laughed about Matt being the last person I talked to last night and the first person I talked to this morning, however, he got us through what was a potential disaster.  It was so helpful that I was able to keep the doctors and staff updated with his basic explanations of what was happening along the way.
