We’ve begun onboarding our first global customer!

This is a significant milestone for us as our new customer has offices in 34 countries around the globe.

Using the remote management techniques that we’ve perfected over the past 15 years, Technology Seed will be supporting 100% of the users in all 34 countries from our office in Salem, NH. We’re supporting this multinational organization as their complete outsourced I.T. solution.

In addition to managing and maintaining their servers, PCs, laptops, tablets and infrastructure, we’re also managing a hybrid cloud solution via Office 365, Lync and SharePoint.

Seamless, consistent data-access and communication across the globe is a must-have/must-work – and that’s a specialty of ours!

In the short-term we’ll be looking to improve I.T. reliability by migrating their physical servers to Microsoft Azure’s global network of data centers.
